I met my honey's clinic staff and the other pediatrician at the clinic. They were all super nice and warm...I hope to get to visit with them again. The clinic is so adorable with wonderful murals painted on the walls in the exam rooms. The clinic is nice a spacious and somewhere I would like to come if I were a kid!
Some interesting facts about Aberdeen, South Dakota, that I have discovered:
1. The drinking straws here are about 1/2 the size in diameter than the ones back home.
2. Its impossible to find a set of coasters here! (finally found one set but they didn't even look like coasters and they were so expensive!)
3. Target is cheaper than Wal-Mart and K-Mart!
4. Mid-grade gas is listed first here and is the cheapest. Regular gas is $0.10 more and is used for tractors and lawn mowers!
5. Supposedly Main Street and the hotel where we live is haunted.
6. The Super 8 Hotel offers its guests free beer.
7. There are casinos EVERYWHERE...they are small ones that are inside shops and malls and gas stations and bars, etc.
8. There are so many mosquitoes here and West Nile is very prevalent.

hey guys uncle Lynn wants you to send him a picture of the sign that shows the mid grade gas cheaper than regular. He was fascinated by it. It does seem a bit odd. Oh well enjoy while you can!
