Well, this beard blog is somewhat disappointing. It's a good thing people up here expect facial hair and are polite, because I am officially running around with scraggly facial hair! I keep waiting for it to lay down but it is sticking out further and further. To make matters more difficult, a decent percentage of the hairs are either blond or red so they are barely visible in bright light. I guess I'll just hang out in the shadows where my facial hair looks quite solid. Thankfully, the itching has subsided so now it's just the walking around scraggly thing. I don't think I've hit hobo-style yet but it might be coming. Well, at least Amanda hasn't suggested I call it quits on the "challenge." Here is the next photo, day 28 of not shaving my goatee:

welp, i'm gunna say it again. I LIKE IT! from this picture, i can't tell at all that it "sticks straight out" and it's extremely normal for beards to have so many different color hairs, that doesn't make it less noticeable in my HUMBLE opinion. josh is a blonde and so his beard is mostly blonde and red, with a bit of dirty blonde too. you look great, jason! keep it!
