Since we picked out the 2011 Salmon Family "Punkin" it was time to carve 'ol Jack and give him a face! My honey had to be called away to the hospital the evening we planned on carving so I started the process by gutting Jack Jason does not enjoy the gutting process so it worked out great. Once he got home we made Jack sooo handsome!
